Solace Youth is an inspired revolutionary idea that empowers young volunteers to actually become the change that they wish to see. More than 800 youth are part of this movement.
Every year our youth collect funds for distributing school kits.They arrange competitions, camps and picnics to bring excitement and joy into the children’s lives. With their devotion and regularity of interaction,our Youth wing members have won the trust of the families ,communicate effectively with them and are empathetic enough to read and address their needs, often even before they are voiced by the families themselves.
Everyone of them have been touched and transformed by realising hands-on how their presence can make a real difference in alleviating the suffering of children with long term illnesses and that of their families.
Young volunteers have often stayed the night at hospitals taking care of their young charges when their parents couldn’t.
Solace Youth is active in the centers of Thrissur, Kozhikode, Ernakulam (Kochi), Malappuram (Kottakkal & Perinthalmanna) and Pattambi (Palakkad)
